I’m Elenice De Souza Oliveira. I teach Neurosculpting meditation as well as mindfulness meditation. I’m also a High Flow Coach, a neuroscience-backed peak performance coach trained by Flow Research Collective, a neurosplasticity teacher, a criminologist, and a professor in the Justice Studies Department at Montclair State University, and one of the founding supporters of the Global Compassion Coalition, founded by Dr Rick Hanson. I am passionate about helping individuals achieve personal and spiritual growth, transform their lives, and unlock their full potential. As a professor in the field of social justice, I am enthusiastic about training my students to become mindful and authentic leaders in their professions as well as compassionate advocates for social and criminal justice.

I’m also a bilingual professional (English and Portuguese) and can thus effectively connect with and support individuals from different backgrounds. I believe that any diversity based on language, culture, race, age, sex/gender, and sexual orientation/identity, or mental and physical disability should never be a barrier for connection but instead an invitation to enrich the human experience with curiosity, love, and kindness and strive to create a comfortable and inclusive environment for all.
